If you loved Speed51.com’s first episode of “The Morning Bullring” on Monday, we are excited to tell you that we are back next Monday with another outstanding list of guests and more short track racing talk.
This week’s episode will feature several guests who will be competing in CRA SpeedFest at Crisp Motorsports Park (GA) on January 25-26, which you can watch live on Speed51.com’s pay-per-view broadcast.
Headlining those guests will be 2015 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Champion Kyle Busch. Busch is a three-time winner of the 200-lap Super Late Model feature at SpeedFest and will look to add to that total next weekend.
Michigan’s Brian Campbell, who is entered for CRA SpeedFest, will also be on the guest list. The winner of last year’s Money in the Bank at Berlin Raceway (MI), Campbell is returning to SpeedFest for the first time since 2011.
SpeedFest will not be the only race going on next weekend, with the Chilly Willy 150 taking place at Tucson Speedway in Arizona. Brett Yackey, winner of the 2018 Kulwicki Driver Development Program (KDDP) Kulwicki Cup Championship, will join The Morning Bullring before heading south from Colorado for that race.
There will also be talk for the dirt fans of the Morning Bullring. 2018 Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series champion Ross Bailes will come on the show after accepting his championship accolades at the series’ banquet this weekend.
Oh, and there’s some sort of big race going on this weekend in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We’ll be joined by the winner of that race, the 33rd Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals, on the show.
Speed51’s Bob Dillner, who will be in Tulsa calling the Chili Bowl live on MAVTV, will step out of the hosting chair and call into the show to discuss the big race and more.
With Dillner out of the hosting seat, Casey LaJoie will be joined in-studio by Alan Dietz of the Pro All Stars Series.
Speed51.com Editor Brandon Paul will also join the show to discuss the latest news coming out of the short track racing world.
Speed51.com debuted “The Morning Bullring” on Monday, January 14. Each week, Bob Dillner and Casey LaJoie will talk to drivers and industry experts to discuss the hottest events and topics in short track racing. The show airs from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. ET every Monday morning from Studio 51 in Concord, North Carolina.
