Giving Out Masks to Teams at Cherokee offers a wide variety of motorsports apparel for diehard short track racing fans.  In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company will also be providing face masks for teams attending Saturday’s Palmetto Invitational at Cherokee Speedway.


As teams enter the pit area at the Gaffney, South Carolina dirt track, will be giving out 250 masks.  This supply will be enough to provide for crew members, as each team is allowed five crew members and 50 teams were invited to the Palmetto Invitational.

The Palmetto Invitational is a joint venture with Cherokee Speedway, DC II LLC Concrete Construction Company and Speed51. Fifty drivers have been invited to the race, which will be contested in front of spectator-less grandstands.  The 60-lap feature event will pay $10,000 to win.
