Former USAC Silver Crown Champion Ryan Newman returns to the series Thursday night, July 21, to compete in the “Rich Vogler/USAC Hall of Fame Classic” at Lucas Oil Raceway in Brownsburg, Ind. Newman competed in last July’s LOR race and finished third after starting on the front row.
Newman’s USAC career at the track includes five victories in Midgets (1997-1999) and one in the Silver Crown machines (1999).
