New Smyrna Speedway (FL) has released the race procedures for both the 49th Annual Florida Governor’s Cup 200 for the Super Late Models and for the 100-lap Modified race. The Governor’s Cup 200 will take place on Sunday, November 23rd while the Modified race will take place on Saturday the night before the Super Late Model show.
The Governor’s Cup 200 will be an eight tire race with a break at lap 125. Teams can change tires before the break, during the break or after the break during the 200 lap race. Caution laps will count for the first three of each yellow until the race reaches 10 laps to go.
The Modified race will be 100-laps with no break run on four tires. The race tire for this event will be the F-53 slick. Caution laps will count for the first three of each yellow until the race reaches 10 laps to go.

Other classes that will be racing that day will include Pro Late Models, Sportsman, Mini Stocks, Super Stocks, and Strictly Stocks.
