First Look at the Snowball Derby Kickoff Show Guest List

The 52nd Annual Snowball Derby presented by Bj's Wholesale Club is once again set to feature wide a cast of competitors, with many parts of the map being represented in 2019. Similarly, the guest list for this year’s Speed51 Snowball Derby Kickoff Party is also stacked with drivers from across the land -- from Florida’s own, all the way west to the Pacific and way up to the Northeast.

This coming Tuesday, the party and live edition of Speed51's "The Bullring" show will feature a wide variety of champions including former Southern Super Series champions Stephen Nasse and Donnie Wilson. Travis Braden and Johnny VanDoorn will represent the champions list of the ARCA/CRA Super Series, while Ty Majeski and Dalton Zehr will boast their ARCA Midwest Tour titles.

Northeast driver Derek Griffith brings his PASS National and Granite State Pro Stock Series titles to the table, while West Coast ace Derek Thorn brings his four SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour trophies. Two-time JEGS/CRA All Stars Tour champ Jack Dossey III will be in the building, as will former Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway champion Michael House.  The most recent champion, the newest of the bunch, 2019 Five Flags Speedway Blizzard Series victor Giovanni Bromante has also confirmed his attendance.

Former Snowball Derby winner Wayne Anderson will also be on the scene ahead of his try for an Allen Turner Hyundai Snowflake 100 checkered flag in Pro Late Model competition. Georgia’s Kyle Plott comes in as one of the most recent Allen Turner Pro Late Model Series winners at Five Flags in 2019, while Austin Nason comes to Pensacola with many still talking about his win at The Milwaukee Mile back in the spring.

See all these drivers and more by either coming out to the new location for the Kickoff Party, Tracy Goodson’s Beef O’ Brady’s at 2101 W 9 Mile Road in Pensacola, only three miles north of Five Flags Speedway on Tuesday, December 3, or watch the festivities live that same night on Speed51.

Drivers planning on coming to the Speed51 Snowball Derby Kickoff Party are encouraged to email Speed51 Content Manager Brandon Paul at [email protected] to RSVP. Those who confirm their attendance are more likely to get air time as we begin planning the live edition of Speed51's "The Bullring" talk show.
