2019 is shaping up to be the year of the Speed51 Network premium subscriber. On Friday, Speed51.com released the first look at the 2019 Speed51 Network live video stream schedule. Currently, 61 short track racing events from race tracks all over North America will be streamed at no additional cost to monthly and yearly subscribers.
As we are less than three weeks into the new year, that list is expected to grow even larger as more races are added to the broadcast schedule throughout the year.
“Nearly everyone we talk to who has subscribed to the Speed51 Network tells us that they’re enjoying the benefits; however, there is often a request for more live races to be included. In 2019, we’re working hard to give short track racing fans their wish,” said Speed51.com Editor Brandon Paul. “We’re very excited about the broadcast schedule we have already assembled, and we look forward to showcasing grassroots racing throughout North America this year. We believe this helps the tracks, series’ and racers gain more exposure in a day and age when it’s tough to come by.”
The current broadcast schedule will see Speed51’s cameras traveling to 15 different states/provinces from Maine to California and everywhere in between. Within those 15 states, the Speed51 Network is currently slated to showcase 20 different race tracks, including both asphalt and dirt.
In addition to the variety of race tracks, there will also be a variety of race cars on display.
Throughout the 2019 season, Speed51 Network subscribers will be able to watch both pavement and dirt racing. The current list includes Crate Late Models (Dirt), Dirt Late Models, Outlaw Karts, Pavement Modifieds, Pro Late Models, Pure Stocks, Sportsman, Super Late Models, Street Stocks and more.
A wide list of touring series events will also be featured on the Speed51 Network this year. That list includes the ARCA/CRA Super Series, Big 8 Series, Blizzard Series, Bullring Bash, Carolina Clash, FUEL Racing Series, Granite State Pro Stock Series, ISMA Supermodifieds, JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour, Modifieds of Mayhem, Modified Racing Series, Race of Champions Asphalt Modified Series, Show-Me-The-Money Pro Late Models, Southern Super Series, SPEARS Manufacturing Modified Series, SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour Series, ULTIMATE and Wheelman Series. Many others will be announced in the coming weeks.
While all the events on this year’s broadcast will be entertaining, a handful of marquee events highlight the 2019 broadcast schedule on the Speed51 Network.
For the second straight year, the $30,000-to-win SRL Winter Showdown at Kern County Raceway (CA) will be available exclusively to Speed51 Network premium subscribers. The Alabama 200 at Montgomery Motor Speedway (AL), a premier event for Pro Late Model racers, will also be showcased.
A day full of Modified racing at the beautiful Jukasa Motor Speedway (Ontario) with the RoC Asphalt Modified Series and the super-fast ISMA Supermodifieds will be streamed live on July 13.
One of the richest events of the season for ACT Late Model racers, the $10,000-to-win Midsummer 250 at White Mountain Motorsports Park (NH), will be broadcast on the Speed51 Network.
As mentioned previously, more events will be added to the Speed51 Network broadcast schedule throughout the season. By the end of the 2019 season, Speed51 expects to offer upwards of 80 live races to premium subscribers.
