FASTRAK Northeast at Roaring Knob Postponed

Carnesville, GA – Officials with the FASTRAK Racing Series Northeast and Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex have announced that the May 24th race has been postponed. With uncertainty regarding the current situation amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the decision was made to postpone the event. The Series and track agreed to find a suitable date later in the year.

“We are looking forward to getting the FASTRAK Racing Series Northeast season kicked off,” said FASTRAK Vice President DJ Irvine, “However, we continue to navigate these unprecedented times and felt it was in the best interest of the drivers, track, fans, and series to postpone the Memorial Day weekend event. We continue to see light at the end of the tunnel and hope to get back to racing as soon as possible.”

While a rescheduled date was not immediately available, an announcement will be made once a date is finalized. FASTRAK recently announced that no points will be awarded towards the VP Racing Fuels National Weekly Championship until 75% of sanctioned tracks are able to resume operations.
