Dirt Draft, a short track racing fantasy sports mobile app, will give race fans the chance to draft a lineup of sim racing and real-world Late Model stars Saturday night. In a partnership between Dirt Draft and Speed51, a contest will be held for the Rowdy Energy Super Select Series event at Southern National Motorsports Park.
Dirt Draft is like many popular daily fantasy sports services, but catered towards short track racing fans ready to assemble their own speed team. Drafting a team is quick and easy.
First, click this link to sign up for a Dirt Draft account and use referral code “Speed51” to be eligible for special prizes.
From there, you can enter Saturday’s contest. $100,000 in fictional currency will be at your disposal to select a team of five drivers, with salaries assigned on past performance in the Super Select Series, success in other sim racing events, as well as other factors.
On the strength of two wins and the points lead, Alex McCollum is the favorite to win on Dirt Draft at a price tag of $25,380. eRattler 250 winner Devon Morgan follows him in the $25,000 range, with Kaden Honeycutt and Max Cookson also top picks for this week’s race.
If you’re looking for some potential steals, Treyten Lapcevich at $19,710 would be a very good candidate. The Canadian driver has been competitive in all three Rowdy Series races so far and has been one of the drivers to beat in the APC United Late Model eSeries through their first two races.
If you’re looking to go top-heavy with your picks, Daniel Dye may be a good pick to allow you to have more money for drivers like McCollum and Morgan. Dye’s price tag only sits at $16,200 and he has shown strength in other sim races broadcasted on Speed51.
The top finishers in the contest will receive points towards their Dirt Draft account, with the winner taking the lion’s share of the points purse. Those points can be used to claim prizes such as merchandise, online subscriptions, tickets to marquee short track events, pay-per-view broadcasts and more.
For just $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year, race fans can play up to 350 fantasy racing contests per year on the Dirt Draft mobile app.
To be eligible for additional prizes given out by Speed51.com, you must sign up by clicking the link below and use “speed51” as the referral code.
When you sign up for Dirt Draft, you will be eligible to play all the listed contests for races held on dirt and pavement. More sim racing events will continue to be added.
