Loudon, Tennessee – While Cory Hedgecock completed a dream season over the weekend by officially claiming the 2016 NeSmith Dirt Late Model Series Championship in his SmithBilt Homes #23 Transport One/ Rocket Chassis, the Tennessee racer couldn’t truly enjoy the moment as he worried about his friends and family back in East Tennessee.

“These fires that are raging through East Tennessee are affecting so many people, and it’s just heartbreaking to see,” commented Hedgecock. “It’s a truly helpless feeling seeing so many great people losing so much. While I can’t do anything about the fires, I want to do my part to help with the rebuilding.”

To show support for those, who have lost so much in these tragic fires, Cory Hedgecock will be donating 100% of his apparel sales from now until January 1, 2017. Any item purchased via www.CoryHedgecock23.com will go to SmartBank for the Gatlinburg Fire Relief Fund.

“I feel like it’s the least I can do to help these families in need,” said Cory. “I challenge my fellow racers to do whatever they can to help as well. So many great folks need so much help right now.”
