Anderson, SC – The Racing Brotherhood Foundation was started to help the families of racers who are severely injured or killed. As the momentum picks up for the foundation, it looks to give back to all racers while they give back to their fellow racers. In that vein, the Foundation will be sponsoring the CARS/Southern Super Series Super Late Model race at Anderson Motor Speedway, Saturday June 9th. Not only is the Foundation sponsoring the race it will also run the 50/50 raffle as the official charity of the CARS Tour.
For fans who are interested in helping support the charitable efforts of The Racing Brotherhood Foundation they can not only participate in the 50/50 raffle but can also purchase tickets in advance of the event through a special link. Any tickets purchased through
will result in a portion of the ticket proceeds being donated to the Foundation. Not only will fans see some fantastic racing at the historic Anderson Motor Speedway, but they’ll also help out a growing cause that gives back to racing.
About The Racing Brotherhood Foundation: In 2017, Myrtle Beach Speedway racer Terry Evans was critically injured in an accident on his way home from practicing for a race at the track. He ultimately succumbed to his injuries. As a result The Racing Brotherhood Foundation was established. The initial mission of the foundation was to help the families of racers who were killed following their passion. As the foundation began to grow and the interaction with the racing community expanded, the mission became glaringly short sighted. As a result, the foundation now looks to assist members of the racing community with needs in their lives. While it can’t help everyone in the sport, it will absolutely try.
