Since 2010, Wayne Quakenbush and Capitol Renegade have been leaders in the motorsports transportation industry. Racers from all across the country have been going to Quakenbush for their transportation needs.
Whether they need toter-homes, lift-gate trailers, stacker trailers or just a simple trailer, Capitol Renegade has been where the racers have turned. In fact, it’s even where we at Speed51.com turned when we needed a trailer.
The Capitol name has been well-known in the Washington D.C. area since 1934 as one of the premier car dealerships in the area. Quakenbush then added the Renegade trailer branch into the company about six years ago.
Since then, Quakenbush said he and his employees have thoroughly enjoyed all of their dealings with everybody in the racing world.
“Working with racers has been a lot of fun, and that area has shown tremendous growth,” he said. “It’s fun. You get to go to races, shows, you get to meet and do business with racing people. It’s just been very enjoyable for the whole team here.”
Quakenbush explained that he’s a bit of a busy-body. A lot of his enjoyment comes from how busy he and his group stay.
“There’s just a small group here that handles this and we’re always busy,” he said. “The phone is always busy and we’re always selling stuff pretty much nationwide.”
Now with racing season right around the corner, Quakenbush said he’s ready to get even busier. He wants to sell trailers to any and all racers in need of one.
“Racing season is getting ready to start and we have plenty of inventory, both new and used,” Quakenbush said. “If you waited too long or you’re thinking about upgrading, now is the time to do it. Racers notoriously wait until the last minute on a truck or trailer, so if you’ve waited, now is the time to give us a call. We have new trailers, new toter-homes and used toter-homes to satisfy whatever you may want.”
Racers, if you’re looking for a new vehicle to transport your race car and everything that comes with it, give Wayne Quakenbush and his team a call at 301-474-6800, or visit www.capitolrenegade.com.
