Bob Webber Sr. Memorial Puts 350 Supers on Big Stage

For the second-straight week Speed51.TV will go live from Star Speedway, this time with the 350 Supermodifieds set to spread their wings this Saturday. The field of winged warriors will be going the extra-distance as they give their now annual salute to longtime care taker of the speedway, Bob Webber Sr.

The 47-lap Bob Webber Sr. Memorial tends to pit Star’s familiar faces against a few invaders who will make the trip to Epping, New Hampshire. There will be extra cash and prizes on the line, with the winner’s share plus bonuses being worth $2,247 for the 2021 edition.

Saturday’s Speed51.TV broadcast will bring eyes from all over globe to Star and 350’s, but particularly from the loyal Supermodified fans outside New England. From Oswego, New York to Ohio to Canada, and even the old-time fans in the Deep South, there’s always anticipation when there is a big Supermod event in Epping.

Bobby Timmons won the Mayor’s Cup at Star in 2020 and began the 2021 season with a win in the 350 Supermodified season opener at the track.

Already, the 350’s have let out a roar in 2021 with one race in the books on May 1. Maine’s Bobby Timmons started things off with the win, now leading the season standings over Jeffrey Battle, Tommy Tombarello, Brad Babb, and Kenny White Jr.

While the 350 Supermods are the main attraction on Saturday, they are included in a five-division lineup on the evening, consisting of the Street Stocks, Classic Lites, Six Shooters, and Pure Stocks all running sprint races on the Epping bullring.

The action begins promptly at 3:30pm ET, don’t miss a lap on Speed51.TV.  The live broadcast is available to monthly and yearly subscribers by clicking here.
