The 52nd Annual Snowball Derby presented by BJ’s Wholesale Club may be a 300-lap marathon, but it often requires the approach of a sprint race to compete with the best Super Late Model racers in the country for a shot at the Tom Dawson Trophy.
BJ’s Wholesale Club has sponsored five laps over the course of the Snowball Derby, with added bonuses on those laps for the leader. A $500 bonus will be awarded to the leaders of laps 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 courtesy of BJ’s.
There are still plenty of lap sponsorships available of the 52nd Annual Snowball Derby for $50. This is a great opportunity for a business, family, or team to have their name become a part of racing history as renowned drivers battle to lead specially-titled laps.
Each lap sold will pay a bonus for the leader of the lap, adding more pressure for drivers to stay up front and add to their Sunday payday. Those who sponsor laps will see their name or business’ name listed in the Snowball Derby event program, as well as on Speed51 – the official news site of the 52nd Annual Snowball Derby.
Additionally, lap sponsors will be mentioned throughout the race weekend on the Five Flags Speedway public address system.
Laps will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. To purchase laps today, call the Five Flags Speedway office at (850) 944-8400 or email the track at [email protected] Speed51 and Five Flags Speedway are currently working on an option to sponsor laps online.
