After not being able to race in 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions, Birch Run Speedway is set for an ambitious schedule this season. Fans unable to watch the action in purchase will be able to catch the action live on Speed51.TV.
Speed51.TV and Birch Run Speedway have joined forces to provide live broadcasts from the Michigan 4/10-mile oval throughout the 2021 season.
“Birch Run Speedway is excited to be partnering with Speed51 in 2021,” said Birch Run Speedway General Manager Fred Lynch. “Tune in for the best short track racing in Mid-Michigan with the Outlaw Super Late Models on June 11 and September 11, Modifieds on July 10, and the CRA Pro Lates and Super Late Models on July 31. If you can’t be there in person, Speed51 is the next best way to watch.”
The first live broadcast from Birch Run Speedway is slated for Friday, June 11 for The Big One. The Reveal The Hammer Outlaw Super Late Models headline the night’s action, while the Auto Value Super Sprints are also on the card.
The Midwest Modified Tour makes their first stop at the facility on Friday, June 25. That event will act as a tune-up for one of the biggest Modified events in the Midwest, the I-75 Modified Challenge on July 10. Those events will also be live on Speed51.TV.
Both the ARCA/CRA Super Series and JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour will be in action at Birch Run on back-to-back nights with the CRA Shootout at The Dixie. The Reveal The Hammer Outlaw Super Late Models will make a second trip to Birch Run for the Dixie Classic on September 11.
Located just off I-75 halfway between Flint and Saginaw, Birch Run Speedway is one of the premier facilities in the state of Michigan. Birch Run also hosts a variety of non-racing related events throughout the year.
