Newnan, Georgia – Austin Horton pushed his 2019-win total to nine over the weekend after grabbing back-to-back victories in the Peach State. Horton piloted his Orr Trucking No. 16 Horton Flyer Limited Late Model to victories at West Georgia Speedway (Whitesburg, Ga.) and Senoia Raceway (Senoia, Ga.).
“Our car was fantastic all weekend. It feels great to win in such dominating fashion.” Horton exclaimed. “Our Bobby Thomas Racing Engine ran flawlessly. I can’t thank Bobby and everyone who helps us enough for their support.”
Austin Horton visited West Georgia Speedway on Saturday night. After topping the speed charts in time trials, Horton led all 25-laps of the feature to cross the finish line first ahead of Rucker Orr and John Anderson.
On Sunday night, Austin locked his spot into the main event at Senoia Raceway by once again posting the overall fastest lap in time trials. Horton went on to claim his ninth win of the season over Rucker Orr, Jimmy Johnson, Landon Bagby, and Maddie Crane.
