APC Late Model eSeries Back for More Thursday Night

The APC United Late Model Series is hosting another sim racing event Thursday, April 16 at 8:05p.m. ET as part of the APC eSeries. After competing at the now-defunct USA International Raceway last week, they will now take on the virtual Richmond Raceway for 150 laps of racing live on Speed51.com.

This week’s race will feature some changes after last week’s opener. The overall distance has been extended by 50 laps, with caution laps counting toward the total. The caution flags will be controlled by APC officials. There will also be a fixed setup with zero quick fixes and a three strike rule.

Cayden Lapcevich took the win in the first APC eSeries race in a green-white-checkered finish over Jo Lawrence. Both drivers are expected to be back for Thursday night’s race, along with several other drivers who compete with the series up in Canada. The feature will start 28 cars, with the top 22 in qualifying advancing and the top six finishers from the 30 lap Last Chance also moving on.
