It’s a new year and a new look for the Speed51 App. In 2016 the Speed51 App will be presented by AP Brakes, with their logo present on the new Speed51 App welcome screen that highlights a photo from the 48th annual Snowball Derby.
With nearly one million page views, the Speed51 App presented by AP Brakes has become the go-to place to stay connected with Speed51.com on the go. Through the App, users are able to read Speed51.com stories and catch-up on the latest short track happenings all at the touch of a button.
“We are inching close to nearly 10,000 downloads on the app,” said Speed51 Director of Business Jana Wimmer, “And we are excited to bring AP Brakes along with on this journey. The Speed51 app will continue to gain momentum and we are happy to be able to bring fans everything Speed51.com has to offer right to their fingertips.”
The 51 App features the latest news, results, stories and information. It also includes a category for the latest Trackside Now event coverage. Plus, it contains a schedules section for some of the biggest short track races in America so that you can instantly add it to your calendar and plan accordingly.
In addition, the Speed 51 App allows you to easily connect to 51’s social media feeds (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), as well as contact members of the 51 staff.
