Allen Coates took over the lead at the halfway point and never looked back en route to his first New England Truck Series win in 2014. Allen joins son Corey Coates as one of five winners in five events this season. Chris Correll followed Coates through early traffic to finish second. Allen’s son Corey led early in the event but faded to third at the finish, followed by defending series champion Duane Noll and Andy Lindeman.
Noll and Lindeman remain in command of the series point standings, with only three points separating first and second. Third place Corey Coates gained ground on the leaders. Bert Ouellette is fourth, while Glen Noll and DJ McGouran are tied for 5th.
The New England Truck Series returns to action again in two weeks at the Waterford Speedbowl. For More Information on the New England Truck Series, visit www.newenglandtruckseries.com or www.facebook.com/
