John Hunter Nemechek made his way to Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville (TN) this past weekend with redemption on his mind.  Over six months after being disqualified from a Southern Super Series win at the track, the 17-year-old had his sights set on bringing the coveted guitar back to his hometown of Mooresville, North Carolina.  Nemechek did exactly that as he dominated All-American 400 weekend at the 6/10-mile Tennessee oval.

Nemechek began his weekend dominance on Friday night by capturing the pole award for the race with the fastest lap of the weekend.  When the green flag waved for the All-American 400 on Saturday afternoon, his dominance continued.  Despite a number of challenges from different competitors, Nemechek led 294 of the 300 laps en route to picking up the biggest Late Model win of his career..

For his dominating performance during All-American 400 weekend at Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville,  John Hunter Nemechek is this week’s winner of the Maxima Racing Oils Dominator Award on Speed51.com.  Nemechek will receive a product certificate from Maxima Racing Oils.
