The biggest stars of the dirt racing world will be at The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway Nov. 6-8 for the World Finals, and Speed51.com powered by JEGS will be on hand to cover all of the action.

Speed51.com will be bringing its Trackside Now coverage to the World Finals and will be live from the start of the first practice session to beyond the fall of the last checkered flag.

Speed51.com expanded earlier this year to become “100% Short Track Racing.” That included the inclusion of all forms of dirt racing and Speed51 has received a lot of positive feedback since testing the waters with its unique style of coverage at a Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series race this summer.

That all has led to Speed51.com providing Trackside Now coverage of the most anticipated weekend in dirt racing, the World Finals at the Dirt Track at Charlotte this weekend.

Three different series will be racing over the course of three nights with the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series, World of Outlaws Late Model Series and the big-block Modifieds of the Super DIRTcar Series.

Donny Schatz heads to Charlotte with a 316 point lead over Daryn Pittman in the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series.  All Schatz has to do is sign in when he gets to Charlotte and he is the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series champion.

Darrell Lanigan has a 284 point lead over Rick Eckert for the WoO Late Model championship.  Lanigan just needs to start each of the last two races at Charlotte to win the championship.

The best points battle is for the Super DIRTcar big-block Modifieds.  Matt Sheppard has a one-point lead over Billy Decker.  Eight-time champion, and defending series champion, Brett “The Jet” Hearn is just 52 points behind Sheppard and has momentum on his side coming off a big win in the Eastern States 200 at Orange County Fair Speedway (NY).

Speed51.com will also be there to cover the last race weekend on Steve Kinser’s “Salute to the King” Tour.  The 20-time World of Outlaws Sprint Car champion announced at the start of the 2014 season that he’d be retiring at the end of this year.

Capitol Custom Truck and Trailer presents 51’s Trackside Now coverage of Thursday’s World Finals action at Charlotte.  PFC Brakes will present the live at-track updates Friday on Speed51.com, while Jiffy-tite will present 51’s Trackside Now coverage as champions are crowned in Charlotte Saturday.

The World Finals at Charlotte is always a fantastic event and this weekend is sure to be no different.  Be sure to catch all of the action live on Speed51.com.
