Tired of spending hours upon hours trying to figure out which short track racing events you are going to attend in 2016? If so, we at Speed51.com powered by JEGS have good news for you. For the second straight year, 51 has launched our PFC Brakes racing calendar, the most in-depth short track racing calendar on the World Wide Web for the 2016 short track racing season.
Since the end of the 2015 racing season, the Speed51.com staff has been hard at work digging up racing schedules from tours and tracks throughout North America. Whether it’s a pavement Super Late Model race on the West Coast, a Dirt Modified race in the Northeast or a big weekly event at your local short track, you’re almost guaranteed to find it on the PFC Brakes racing calendar.
Currently, the schedule features over 1500 racing events with more to be added as additional tours and tracks release their 2016 schedules.
To access the schedule, hover over the “Schedules” tab on the navigation bar on any page of Speed51.com. From there you can select which month you’d like to look at in order to plan your 2016 season.
The schedule currently includes nearly every event for sanctioning bodies such as ACT, CARS Tour, CRA, DIRTcar, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, Lucas Oil Modified Series, NASCAR, PASS, Southern Super Series and the World of Outlaws.
Local short tracks including Eldora Speedway (OH), Five Flags Speedway (FL), Kalamazoo Speedway (MI), Lee USA Speedway (NH), New Smyrna Speedway (FL), South Boston Speedway (VA), Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park (CT) and many more are also listed within the schedule.
After debuting the PFC Brakes calendar one year ago, 51 has stepped it up a notch this year by adding even more organization to the schedule. This year’s schedule is organized by each calendar day so that you can easily find which event to attend on any day of the week.
In addition to planning your 2016 season with schedule on Speed51.com, you can also use the schedule as a resource to find out who won each race. The schedule is already updated with the winners of big short track events in January such as the Red-Eye 100, Winter Heat and Wild West Shootout.
Although many hours of work were put into the schedule by the 51 staff, we understand that we may have missed a few schedules or big events along the way. Short track touring series and race tracks are encouraged to send their 2016 schedules to [email protected] to have events added to the master schedule.
