The 49th Annual Snowball Derby will need to wait another day to be completed.  On Monday afternoon, track officials announced that the race will be postponed to Tuesday afternoon at 5 p.m. CT.

300x250-generic-snowball-ppv-1The race, originally scheduled for Sunday afternoon, was pushed back to Monday due to the heavy rain showers that pounded the Pensacola, Florida area.  With heavy thunderstorms and a 100% chance of rain on Monday, Five Flags Speedway promoter Tim Bryant was forced to push the race back one more day.

Thirty-six Super Late Models will take the green flag on Tuesday afternoon at 5 p.m. CT/6 p.m. ET.

As a result of a partnership between Speed51.com and Five Flags Speedway, reserved seat ticket holder unable to attend Tuesday’s race will be able to watch a replay of the race free of charge on Speed51.com.
