TUCSON, Arizona – Ryan Partridge got his second win in as many starts in this year’s Lucas Oil Modified Series presented by LoanMart by taking the checkered flag in the GEICO Arizona Shootout at Tucson Speedway early Sunday morning.

Partridge, who opened the season by capturing a series special event at Kern County Raceway in Bakersfield, California, and missed the recent race at Lake Havasu City, Arizona, is running a partial season in the Modified series and pursuing a championship in the K&N West Pro Series.

Partridge finished ahead of Matthew Hicks, Larry Gerchman, Travis Thirkettle and Austin Barnes after a 75-lap race that finished a few minutes after midnight.

Complete results were not available because of the late finish. An in-depth race report will follow as soon as possible.
