Our thoughts and prayers this weekend are with all of those back in New England, New Jersey, New York and other areas that were impacted by Hurricane Sandy and later the heavy snow this past week. Jimmy Blewett has been posting some pics on his Instagram for the world to see the devastation. We miss the Blewett family not being here this weekend as the event of course is in honor of his brother John Blewett III who was a two-time winner of this event. For those coming to the track today drivers will take donations to help family, drivers, fans and everyone who was affected by the recent weather.
