Back on February 25, Speed51’s Bob Dillner and Casey LaJoie, hosts of Speed51’s weekly “Morning Bullring” live online broadcast, helped to reveal the 21 semi-finalists for the 2019 Kulwicki Driver Development Program. During the broadcast they and KDDP’s own Tom Roberts also announced that the seven selected finalists would be announced on the show one month later.
That time is almost here with Monday, March 25 now just days away, with the broadcast beginning on its new post time of 7:00 am ET. Not only will this year's seven KDDP drivers be revealed, but we'll also get the chance to hear their fresh reaction live on-air.
Since making its debut this past January, Speed51’s “The Morning Bullring” online broadcast has become the gathering spot for short track racing fans each Monday morning, bringing interviews with weekend news and the latest short track news to fans. It has also provided a platform for a number of breaking stories already in 2019, a perfect setting for the 2019 KDDP finalist reveal.
“We are thrilled to be able to announce our seven-driver KDDP lineup on Monday’s edition of The Morning Bullring on Speed51.com,” said KDDP Executive Director Tom Roberts. “In only a matter of a couple of months, the program has become the most important source for short track news, views and commentary out there today. You not only hear the latest...Bob Dillner and staff get it directly from the source.
“The Morning Bullring has become a must-watch weekly pleasure for every short track enthusiast in North America. It’s not only informative, it’s also intriguing and very entertaining,” Roberts continued. "Our alliance with Speed51.com as the official media partner dates back to when the KDDP was being established and that’s a fact we are so proud of. We jumped at the opportunity to utilize the show as the platform to make our big announcement.”
“The Morning Bullring” gets the green flag at its new start time of 7:00 am ET this Monday morning, with the seven drivers calling in to the PFC Brakes hotline throughout the morning. Be sure not to miss a minute.
