It’s the month of July and that means we’re not only in the “heat” of summer, but also the “heat” of the short track racing season. With tons of short track races on the schedule this weekend, we try to narrow it down to the top 10 to attend.
1. Summer Showdown at Evergreen Speedway (WA)

In attendance will also be the LMSC as Layne Riggs looks to make it two-in-a-row at his home track.
The RoC Modifieds have two races back-to-back this weekend as they take on Spencer Speedway for 75 laps of racing in memory of Patsy and Joe Catalano. Saturday they head to Hollland Speedway for the ‘Thunder in the Hills 100’. With the season winding down this weekend could really spice up the points battle between leader Patrick Emerling and Mike Leaty.
