The second annual Granite State Nationals is this weekend at Claremont Motorsports Park, a marquee event for the Granite State Pro Stock Series. To learn more about Saturday’s big race, here are 10 Things to Know about the Granite State Nationals.

1 – Derek Griffith was the big winner at Claremont Motorsports Park (NH) in 2020 when he took home the big check. He led all 150 laps on his way to a convincing win over Angelo Belsito.
2 – The winner of the Granite State feature will pocket $10,000 for the win.
3 – Defending series champion Joey Polewarczyk, Jr. will be on hand for action this weekend with the big check on the line. “Joey Pole” has two wins this season in the series at Stafford Motor Speedway (CT) and Hudson Speedway (NH).
4 – More than 20 names are on the pre-race entry list for the big money race this weekend at Claremont Motorsports Park (NH)
5 – There have been four different winners in five races this season with the Granite State Pro Stocks. Joey Pole won at Stafford and Hudson, Angelo Belsito won at Monadnock, Bryan Kruczek was the winner at Star Speedway and David Oliver took the checkered flag at Beech Ridge.
6 – The main race will be 150 laps for the Granite State Pro Stock Series.
7 – Gabe Brown enters the weekend as the series point leader. Brown is up 12 points on Devin O’Connell for the championship.
8 – There will be five races remaining after this weekend’s race at Claremont Motorsports Park. Those races will be at Beech Ridge, Monadnock, Star, Lee, and then back at Claremont for the finale.
9 – If you are heading to the track, tickets are $30 in general admission for ages 13+, with senior citizens ages 65+ set at $25 per person. Ages 6-12 can enter the grandstands for just $5, with those five and under free. All tickets will be available at the speedway.
