Bryce Walker to Race for Kyle Busch Motorsports in PASS Race

Former Legends standout Bryce Walker will race a Super Late Model for Kyle Busch Motorsports when the PASS South tour invades Coastal Plains Speedway in Jacksonville, NC on Saturday May 30th. Walker had been competing under the Jeff Fultz banner in recent select shows and began the year in Florida with 5K Motorsports.
Big Names Ready for ASA Challenge Series Opener at Milwaukee

Eddie Hoffman, Peter Cozzolino, Jimmy Lang and more will be at this Sunday's ASA LM Challenge Series opener at the Milwaukee Mile. Joining them will be Ross Kenseth, son of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champ Matt Kenseth. The event is the Badgerland 150 and tickets for Sunday's race are only $10 for adults and $5 for kids.
Concord Speedway Helps PLM Team - Why Not Help Them?

Concord Speedway created a new NASCAR Whelen All American Series Pro Late Model division for teams in the Southeast this year, but teams have not come out to support them. Only four cars showed up for Saturday's 60-lap feature. If you are a driver, team member or fans, why don't you come out to Concord for their next event on Saturday, May 23rd.

Ben Rowe Plans Maine PASS/ACT Double For This Weekend

Ben Rowe will pilot two racecars this weekend in the pine tree state of Maine. Rowe told Speed51.com on Friday at Wake County, that he intends to race both the PASS Super Late Model race at Unity Raceway on Saturday, May 16th and the American Canadian Tour event at Oxford Plains Speedway on Sunday, May 17th. Rowe will run a car prepared by David Avery at Oxford and he’ll be in his regular Richard Moody Construction Super Late Model ride at Unity on Saturday.
Vermont Late Model Driver Decides to Race Up in Canada

Justin St. Louis' Vermont Motorsports Magazine has reported that former ACT Late Model and Thunder Road Speedbowl (VT) regular Trampas Demers will head to Canada to run this year. Demers will enter at least the first four Série ACT Castrol Québec races of the season. He will then see how the season is going before deciding whether to finish out the season in the series. CRA Super Series Teams Allowed to Unload Early at Winchester

In order to help with getting all the teams in and unloaded in a timely fashion for the event on Sunday, May 17th, Winchester Speedway officials will allow any teams that want to, can unload their pit equipment and cars in their designated pit area on Saturday, May 16th from 5 to 8pm. CRA Super Series teams will have assigned pit stalls.

ASA SMRT Postponed "Kenny Minter Memorial 125"

Officials from the American Speed Association (ASA) Southern Modified Races Tour (SMRT) and Franklin County Speedway haved announced a schedule change for the 3rd Annual “Kenny Minter Memorial 125”. The event, originally scheduled for Saturday, May 9th, will be run on Sunday afternoon, June 7th. The next ASA / SMRT event is set for Hickory Motor Speedway on Sunday, May 17th.
Irwindale Speedway Has Big Plans for Mother's Day Weekend

In celebration of Mother’s Day, all Moms and her children 15 years of age and under will be admitted for free when attending this Saturday’s NASCAR Whelen All-American Weekly racing series event at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale. Moms will also have the opportunity to win a chance to participate in the ‘Can Your Momma Drive?’ competition in which selected contestants will drive a minivan on an infield obstacle course to compete for prizes.
Tight Quarter Mile, More Entries Could Mean Great PASS Race

An awesome race could be in store for Friday night at Wake County Speedway (NC) as the PASS South Super Late Models come to town. Last year, 12 cars entered the race. Legendary NASCAR driver/owner Junior Johnson's son, Robert, won his first race Saturday at Caraway Speedway in Asheboro, NC. It came in the track's Sportsman division. Robert Johnson was carrying his father's famous #11 on the side of his car.

Everyone who received votes from our scouts/experts will be posted as the Best of the Rest in the Draft on Tuesday at 5pm. That plus the 51 Mafia will add a few who didn't get votes, but need to be watched in the coming year. We'll probably miss some, but at least it will be entertaining reading. All age groups are included in the Best of the Rest.
